Negative psychological factors can really effect a sportspersons performance and in open water swimming we work on the basis that 80% is mental and 20% physical. With this in mind, by changing the way you think and overcoming fears or obstacles you are already over half way to achieving your goals.

Ocean Walker online sessions with Adam Walker will be taken over Skype, so you will be required to be connected to the internet, have a Skype account up and running, webcam set-up and ofcourse have tested that it all works before your session starts.
