DAY 2 - SEA SWIMMING
9am - 1:30pm (Refreshments provided)
We begin with a quick re-cap of the technique you have just learned before heading out to sea where you can put the new stroke into action. We will practice breathing and sighting while maintaining your newly aquired body position in the water.
There are changing rooms and showers on the beach front
Location: St Helliers Bay, Auckland
Following the camp, you will receive your video footage along with a link to Adams 5 stage videos PLUS a downloadable PDF, so you can practice in your own time.
