Spend a day swimming with Adam Walker (the 1st Briton to swim the hardest 7 ocean swims in the world) in Loch Lomond, Scotland.
We will be based from the largest Island on Loch Lomond, Inchmurrin. This is where Adam spent a long weekend training in preparation for his North Channel swim in 2014. The island is perfectly situated and suited for open water swimming and holds a cooler temperature which is a great way to train your body in acclimatising to channel swimming temperatures or even just to learn to improve your stroke technique in an incredibly beautiful spot!
What better way to improve your open water swimming technique than in Scotlands largest and one of it's most famous Lochs!
Upon arrival you will be ferried across to Inchmurrin, where we will run through introductions and get ourselves acquainted with Adam Walker and his Ocean Walker stroke technique.
We welcome swimming with or without a wetsuit.
For each swim session you will be in the water for a maximum of 1 hour, with the option of a longer swim at the end of the camp, and then to wrap up we will playback the video footage taken across the course of the day, Adam will critique each video seperately and compare your last swim to your first.
Following the day you will receive your individual video footage on email.
