I have recently attended an Open Water Swim Camp with Adam on Sunday 17th July.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day with a small group of like minded swimmers all keen to improve their front crawl stroke and in my case completely change a technique that I’ve been ploughing through for over 50 years…. and more!!!
We were very privilidged to be joined by two other trainers, Jim Read and Steve Smith who were also there to guide us through each stage/drill.
This insight into how to position your body correctly to make your stroke far more efficient is really exciting for me. I realise that Rome wasn’t built in a day and I fully understand that I have to work at this new technique and I am fully aware that I have to do my homework and be patient perfecting each stage and then it will all come together…. who knows…. I might whizz past Adam, Jim and Steve in The Channel one day!!!
Thanks again, and I fully recommend anybody who is keen to improve their stroke to sign up for a swim camp day or 1-1 lesson. I’m hooked!!! Sally

I attended the Lincoln swim camp on 9th July. I was blown away by the facilities! The lake is incredible and the cafe with terrace was a bonus I didn’t know was there. Beautiful. But of course I came for the technique. It didn’t coke naturally to me on the day but Adam and his assistant Jim physically moved you about as you tried it, which was the most valuable aspect of the course: it made it clear exactly where you were going wrong and where you arms and head should be if you’re doing it correctly.
I will probably come for a follow up lesson.
It was worth the 4 hour drive 🙂
Jim really was a credit to the course – loved chatting with him. He had the same enthusiasm and passion as Adam.
    Thanks, Jemma

A great day with Adam & Jim. Great location facilities and cake!
I subscribe to vimeo but was great to have the in person tuition made a lot more sense to me in person. I will definitely try and keep up with the drills and book a one on one session in the future as I really would love to master this effortless and faster way of swimming. I am in awe of Adam for developing a new way to swim when he was told he wouldn’t swim again and for getting Jim swimming after his injury – truly amazing and inspiring. Both are very passionate about why you should swim this way. Totally worth the drive all the way from Brighton. Thank you.
