Your motivational swim coach Adam Walker, the first Brit to swim the toughest seven ocean swims in the world, fastest man 2 way Windermere (2010) and ice miler, can help you to achieve your goals, with a no-nonsense, no gadgets approach to training based on his own experiences.

How does it work?
Based on the information you provide us (in the questions above), Adam will create you a 4 week training plan, detailing sets, time goals, distances and more.
The training plan will be sent to you by email after placing your order. Please allow a couple of days to allow Adam to write your bespoke training plan.

If after your first 4 weeks plan you wish to have another, you can purchase the same again online here and an updated plan will be prepared for you again based on the latest information you provide us.

This training plan is based on you having access to swimming in a pool or open water.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are training for an open water event, we highly recommend that you select a plan for POOL AND OPEN WATER, as pool training is vital for building up speed and working to times.
