Ocean Walker Technique FOLLOW UP
Refresh and progress with our follow-up swim training session in OPEN WATER.
ABILITY LEVEL: This session is for those who have previously attended an Ocean Walker Swim Camp or 1-1 lesson with Adam Walker only. Open water swim experience preferred but not compulsary.
Take your Ocean Walker Technique swim stroke to the next level with this 2 hour follow up refresher course, now in OPEN WATER! This is a great way for Adam to assess your progress and work with you to enhance and fine tune your stroke at his very own purpose built open water swimming lake in Lincolnshire.
2 hour swim session in open water.
In this group session we will be concentrating on:
- Body Position
Based on your development we can also move onto further techniques such as sighting and building up speed.

Once booked, you will receive a reminder email upto 1 week prior to the course date, with useful information including lake temp at that point in time.
SWIM KIT (what you will need):
Swim suit / trunks
Swim cap (FREE OW CAP provided on the day)
Wetsuit or rash vest as required (highly recommended for your comfort)
Packed lunch (please bring your own food and refreshments with you).

The Ocean Walker Crystal Lake is a purpose built open water swimming lake with safe and easy carpeted entry and exit points. Please ensure you bring warm clothing with you for after the session, and also wear the appropriate swimwear so that you can be comfortable during the coached sessions in the water.
