Thank you Adam for a most enjoyable and beneficial lesson, it was extremely helpful in progressing my stroke.
The facilities are fabulous, being able to have instruction underwater with the head phones was great,
so glad I booked a lesson to iron out any little problems: and have the video analysis to refer to going forward.
