3 day Masterclass in the Ocean Walker Technique at Ocean Walker HQ. Learn the Ocean Walker Technique from the creator Adam Walker in his own purpose built open water swimming lake in Lincolnshire, the Ocean Walker Academy.

9:30-10:30 POOL - CURRENT STROKE VIDEO
10:30-12:30 LAKE (SESSION 1)
12:30-14:00 CHANGE AND LUNCH
14:00-16:30 LAKE (SESSION 2)
16:30-17:00 CHANGE and REFRESHMENTS
17:00-18:30 VIDEO ANALYSIS
19:00 DINNER - LAKESIDE

DAY 2:
9:00 ARRIVE and change
9:30-11:30 LAKE (SESSION 3)

DAY 3:
8:00 ARRIVE and change

Lunch and refreshments provided over the course of the 3 days.
Dinner for swim campers.

The Ocean Walker Crystal Lake is a purpose built open water swimming lake with safe and easy carpeted entry and exit points. Please ensure you bring warm clothing with you for after the session, and also wear the appropriate swimwear so that you can be comfortable during the coached sessions in the water.
