I recently had a 5-hour one-to-one session with Adam Walker, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish and now I am looking forward to getting things fixed, which I had learned.
Adam has a remarkable ability to break down complex movement patterns into simple, logical components.
Throughout the session, Adam provided highly individualized feedback. Every correction was specific, immediately actionable, and backed by a clear explanation of why it matters biomechanically. This made it much easier to internalize the technique rather than just imitate movements.
What I loved very much was the mirror at the ground of the pool, thereby getting feedback about my position during swimming.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to fundamentally improve their swimming technique—whether for open water or pool performance.
I will definetely come back for another course.
