I’ve always been a nervous swimmer and have struggled to get my head under the water. Having eventually managed that myself, I couldn’t understand my lack of momentum . One hour with Adam in his pool using cameras showed me how ungainly I anctually was. Then came the learning as he focused on clear instructions to break down the leg and arm movements, and slow my breathing. It sounds a lot but he’s so clear what needs to be done and so able to explain that, that it made a huge difference to the outcome. The start and finish clips showed a massive improvement and boosted my confidence hugely. I never expected to be excited to crack on and practice!
