It was really good to go for a follow up 1:1 session with Adam. He has amazing focus and attention to detail, and spent a lot of time patiently correcting my position in the water. I have come away with lots to work on and improve, well worth the journey. The set up at Ocean Walker academy is brilliant, Adam and Gemma are both very welcoming, the endless pool is set up with various cameras so you get instant feedback which is also really helpful. I also had time for a swim in the lake before I went which is also really lovely. Would definitely recommend.
