I was totally expecting to be in a pool and taught how to swim the technique, what i didn’t expect was just how professional the set up is and how decent and enthusiastic Adam actually was. Considering his own experiences and the levels levels of people he coaches i was still made to feel just as important as the next. I have come away with plenty of homework to be getting on with and will return in 2022.
