From walking through the door, to leaving OW, my experience was first class. Zoe was so welcoming on arrival and we got a tour from her of the facilities and the amazing lake (will definitely be back when it warms up). Adam was really passionate, knowledgable and encouraging to me during my lesson, breaking his technique down into bite size sections.
The information I’ve been sent post lesson is of a very high standard and incredibly useful, which includes video analysis of my swimming.
The pool, facilities and surroundings at OW are superb and I’ll definitely be back.
Would highly recommend.
