As always a brilliant lesson with Adam. The technique is not easy to get to grips with after swimming backstroke for over 65 years but with Adam’s encouragement, positive comments and help I am sure I will master it.
Thank you Adam for all your hard work helping me. I look forward to the next lesson by which time I may not have mastered the technique completely but will be on my way to be able to swim in the lake along side you with a drone above!
