What an amazing time spent with Adam Walker aka “Ocean Walker”. He is a patient, enthusiastic coach and definitely a mentor for any swimmer 🏊♂️
In 12 months I am swimming the English channel, I believe these 3hrs have both avoided future possible injury and set me on the path to efficient swimming stroke for my attempt.
Thanks to Adam and the whole team that put me at ease right from walking through the door of the amazing facilities. I’m already planning to return despite the distance its most definitely worth it.
