The session with Adam was brilliant, really focusing on my personal needs and applying his methods to work with my physiology. The first part of the session focused on developing a good position in the water and then building on that to build up the entire stroke. Cameras and video were used throughout, plus a headset so Adam could speak to me while I was swimming. I came away feeling the day had been very worthwhile and I have a lot to work on, but confident that I know what I need to work on. Thank you Adam!
